(Bluestone) are a group of musicians that have paved their own way
musically.
This four piece, Blues-Rock band, delivers a concert atmosphere where ever
they play.
A super crowd pleaser is Bluestone's Jimi Hendrix tribute set, it rivals
any other Hendrix tribute. They also have been supporting, at every show,
their first Live DVD (Live in the City Of Tiny Lights).
Bluestone's show is designed to take you on a musical Blues history
journey. Groups like this don't come your way often, the musicality and

Ed “Blind Dog” Conover
(Vocals, and Lead Guitar) ... is unlike any guitar player you have
ever seen. Ed's incredible ability to grip you with his soulful blues
riffs, or knock you off your seat with Hendrix like, mind jarring power,
is seen in very few guitar players. Ed has a private library of over forty
albums of his own original music that he produced and recorded. This
library includes three Solo Albums out in the Native American music genre,
where Ed is regarded as a very talented Native American flute player..
Mark “Lightning Boy”
Erney (Bass and Vocals) ... is a bass guitar player second to no one.
This band is fortunate to have someone with Mark’s intelligence and
leadership. Mark has also added to Bluestone's musical diversity, his new
found singing voice.
Louie “The Wrench”
Caamano (Harp) ... is an enigma; he has been journeyman Harp player
for 35 years. His Dominican heritage brings a passion to his harp playing
that mesmerizes his audience. His rugby background enables him to have
boundless energy. All of these components combine to enable Louie to be
the crown pleaser that he is.
Ben Johnson
(Drums) ... is the newest member of Bluestone as our drummer
extraordinaire. Ben recently graduated from Kutztown University with a
bachelor’s degree in Music Performance. He has been playing drums since he
was fifteen and counts as his drumming influences: Dave King of Bad Plus,
Steve Gadd, Roy Haynes, as well as Gospel drumming and Zigaboo Mode lest
of the Funky Meters.
Together, the individuals above make up a dynamic Blues band that has
power and
beauty, along with gentleness and strength.
